Standard features of the Freedom Task Chair:

  • Self-Adjusting Recline – intelligent counterbalance recline mechanism automatically provides the right amount of support through the full range of recline motion regardless of user size and weight. During recline, the angle between torso and legs opens up for better body function, user maintains a near constant eye level during recline.
  • Pivoting Backrest – extra motion of the backrest during recline automatically adjusts to the changing needs of the spine. Provides up to 25mm additional lumbar support when needed.
  • Standard Cylinder – provides a seat height range that accommodates 95% of the population.
  • Contoured Cushions – carefully sculpted to match body contours. Increased contact area reduces pressure points. Modular design for easy replacement.
  • Body Fit – size adjustable to fit more than 95% of the population.
  • Hard Castors – 65mm double wheel castors for carpeted floors.

We offer free delivery to addresses within a 20-mile radius of our Cleckheaton warehouse.

Delivery to addresses outside this area will be charged at £20.00 inc. VAT per order.

The delivery charges for your items will be included in the final total of your shopping basket.
All deliveries are to pavement-level ground-floor locations only.

What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted for a return.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.

How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. They will provide you with a return authorisation and shipping instructions. They will require photographic evidence of any defects.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item/s, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
