Delivery to addresses outside this area will be charged at £20.00 inc. VAT per order.

The delivery charges for your items will be included in the final total of your shopping basket.
All deliveries are to pavement-level ground-floor locations only.

What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted for a return.

How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. They will provide you with a return authorisation and shipping instructions. They will require photographic evidence of any defects.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item/s, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
